Noos Digital continues its expansion. The strategy and analytics consultancy has now grown to 17 people and has brought in several major clients.

“We’re seeing a shift in the market,” says Joel Skoglund, one of the co-founders.

Since its launch in 2021, Noos Digital has built a strong client portfolio, including Gina Tricot, Scorett, Royal Design, and, not least Electrolux.

NOOS aims to position itself as a “forward-thinking challenger to the large management consultancies” within e-commerce and martech.

“We’re seeing a shift in the market. Companies are looking for faster, insight-driven and more flexible strategic partners with well-grounded roadmaps. That’s where we come in,” says Joel Skoglund, one of the founders.

As its key differentiator, the company highlights deep expertise in retail, commercial strategy and consumer behavior — and, crucially, the ability to translate those insights into practical execution. According to the founders, this is something they believe is missing among traditional management consultancies.
